A Life Cycle Is A Life Intention

Life is wise. It gives us many opportunities to end and begin experiences, relationships, jobs, debts payments and life journeys.  Every time we end or begin something within transforms and expands.  We grief for the ending of life cycles but also renew for the hopeful beginnings.

These life cycles are "chances" life gives us to experience the meaning of renewal -chances to create and  bring something to life just as Mother Earth does.  I took the chance life has provided me with to start a new private practice in psychotherapy. In this practice I want to reflect the pure essence of healing through authenticity, diversity, self-reflection, ownership, justice, depth, and embracing feelings and emotions.

Life also gives us the chance to begin and end these cycles with the hope we each reflect about our intentions when going through these phases.  What is my intention when beginning a loving relationship?  What is my intention when ending it?  What is my intention when giving a relationship a chance?  What is my intention when deciding to have a child? What is my intention when engaging in new friendships? What is my intention when opening the doors of The Healing Journey Psychotherapy practice?

It is my intention to open a space for healing the unopened wounds...the unspoken silent wounds. It is my intention to open the space for self-reflection and voice ownership in the process. It is my intention this is an opportunity to understand what is like to be listened deeply.  It is my intention that therapy helps you to find the balance between vulnerability and ownership. This is my intention. What is your intention when deciding to start on your journey to healing? Let's gather our intentions in front of our hearts, and with it in mind, let's walk through this journey together.
